We want you and your dog to love every Snug Paws product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, clean, in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without authorisation can't be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, at no shipping cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, used grooming items and products that have been chewed or damaged by use can't be returned, unless they arrived faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
