At Snug Paws we ship cosy essentials for dogs to customers around the world. Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Switzerland.

SHIPPING RATES

- Standard Shipping: €5.99 per order (shown in your local currency at checkout).

- Free Shipping: on all orders of €59 or more.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 7–20 business days, depending on your location. Our products are shipped from our partner warehouses, so if you order several items they may arrive in separate packages.

TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, or tracking hasn't updated for a long time, please contact us at support.snugpaws@gmail.com and we'll help you right away.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
